Attorneys seeking Illinois MCLE must sign the attendance roster which is in a binder located at the Conference Registration. Each attorney must also obtain presenters' signatures for the sessions they attend on the attendance form and submit the completed form to PLRB.
The INDIANA SUPREME COURT has approved the 2019 Claims Conference for 16.5 hours of general credit, including 1.5 hours of ethics credit for “Bad Faith Damages in Third-Party Claims.” The course number is 242028.
The Claims Conference has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 16.50 total CLE hours instruction.
If you are want to earn MCLE hours, please complete the attendance form at the Claims Conference and submit to PLRB by Monday, April 8. Please obtain presenter signatures for the sessions you attend. You must attend the full session to receive credit. Please also sign the attendance roster at the registration desk which will include your name, ARDC number, and hours attended.
