You may attend sessions focusing on legal issues to get credit; you must attend the full session, not partial. Attorneys seeking Illinois MCLE must sign the attendance roster which is in a binder located at the Conference Registration. Each attorney must also obtain presenters' signatures for the sessions they attend on the attendance form and submit the completed form to PLRB.
The Florida Bar has approved the 2018 Claims Conference for up to 20.0 hours CLER (Continuing Legal Education Requirements), including 9.0 for Ethics and 2.0 hours of Technology. The Course Number is 1801121N. You may attend sessions focusing on legal issues to get credit. To receive Ethics credit, the sessions must relate to ethics. Florida Bar members can report their CLE credits online at www.floridabar.org.
