Each exhibit booth is 10’ deep x 10’ wide’ Corner spaces on the floor plan below cost more. A corner space is any space having an aisle on two sides of the space, and which thus has greater exposure to foot traffic in the hall. Depending on how a booth occupying multiple spaces is configured, the booth might have two or more corners. A separate additional charge applies to each corner.

Standard benefits for exhibitors include

• Basic exhibitor sign. A sign with your company name and booth number will be posted at your booth. The sign measures approximately 7 inches high by 44 inches wide.
• Attendee list.
• Access to the Conference's General Session for your registered booth staff and your registered conference attendees.
• Access to any offered morning continental breakfasts and coffee breaks for the Conference and exhibit hall food functions for your registered booth staff and your registered conference attendees.
• On-line Exhibitor Directory listing. Your company name, contact information, and description will be promoted in the Exhibitor Directory.
• Exhibitor Services Kit. The Decorator will e-mail kits with shipping information and order forms for furniture, equipment and services.
• Standard spaces that measure 10 feet deep by 10 feet wide and that can be combined to form a single larger space.
• Pipe and drape back and side walls that are 3 feet high on the sides and 8 feet high in the back.
• Three complimentary booth staff registrations for each 10 foot by 10 foot exhibit space. Up to three additional booth staff registrations may be added per booth by paying the appropriate Additional Booth Staff Fees listed above in paragraph 1. Booth staff registered as paid conference attendees do not have to pay the Additional Booth Staff Fees.
• Optional Reduced Rate Conference Registration at $475 Affiliate rate or at $600 non-member rate.

Personal or Private Information of Participants

Exhibitors and Sponsors may use the attendee list provided to them by PLRB for reasonable business purposes related to the particular meeting. Those lists may not be shared or sold to others.

Furthemore, participant lists may not be purchased from others. PLRB does not sell private information of others in the open marketplace, especially when it is against the express wishes of members and participants and the law. Third Party solicitations of PLRB exhibitors violates the PLRB privacy policies. This conduct violates the express personal wishes of those participating in PLRB events and activities and violates laws of the US and EU. Violating the privacy interests of others is wrong; doing so in the name of the PLRB severely harms and damages PLRB's reputation. Any such information in your possession should be destroyed along with any copies distributed to others. Anyone, including sponsors and exhibitors who purchase such lists, especially those falsely displaying the PLRB registered trademarks, can be banned from further participation in PLRB events.
