As insurance claim industry insiders, we know that every day outstanding claim service or exceptional technical expertise is demonstrated by thousands of our members. Often, these stories of outstanding claim service or technical competence don't make the popular press. To promote recognition of these many examples of exemplary claim service and competence, PLRB would like to highlight outstanding contributions of a number of our members in a very special way.
PLRB will recognize several claims professionals from our member insurance companies at the General Session of the 2020Claims Conference, March 8 - 11 at the Gaylord National Hotel near Wahington DC.
Outstanding claims professionals must be nominated by insurance company peers, and entries must be received by Friday, January 17, 2020. Nominations should come from insurance company colleagues and be based upon narratives of outstanding claim service or exceptional technical expertise rendered in one particular claim or event, or overall exemplary work with policyholders, claimants, and the public in 2019. You may submit multiple nominations, including individuals who have been nominated in past years.
PLRB will review all nominations and contact winners in February 2020. Winners will be invited to attend the 2020 Claims Conference, March 8 - 11 near Washington DC. PLRB will cover the costs for up to four nights' accommodations for each winner at the Conference hotel. Individual insurance companies will be responsible to the cover winner's travel, meals, and incidental expenses associated with the event. Conference registration is complimentary for all PLRB member insurance companies. Winners will be recognized publicly at the Claims Conference General Session on Monday morning, March 9, 2020.
Please download and complete the Nomination Form to nominate your outstanding claim professionals and provide details of their truly exemplary service and/or technical expertise provided over the past year.
